Drum Parish Update

Drum Church Bell
The Bell was restored and electrified earlier this year. It rings out the call for prayer at 12noon and 6pm daily, and 15 minutes before Mass on Saturday evening and Sunday morning.

Drum Parish Hall
Over the last several months the hall has been extensively renovated, along with two extensions. It was recently completed and is a wonderful modern facility. It was opened after the annual open-air mass at Drum Monastic Site in June 2009. Well done to all involved.

Drum Graveyard
The county council has been working on extending the graveyard for the past few months and much of the work has been completed. The first line of graves has been laid out with footpaths, etc. It is hoped the work will be finished soon.
