Next saturday it is the turn of the U16 girls with Clann's Gillian Wall part of the panel hoping to defeat the same opposition at the same venue.

Fixtures
Saturday 8th August
Ladies U16 B All-Ireland Final: Roscommon v Tipperary at 2pm in Ferbane

Underage
The Clann Ladies U10, U8 and U6 girls have been completing in a series of matches against Four Roads and Padraig Pearses over the last few weeks. They will two more series against St Brigids and St Dominics over the next few weeks.
The Under 16 girls competed in a Blitz in Woodmount last week. This was a Development Blitz where Games were mainly 7 a side, but were up to 11 a side when clubs had higher matching numbers. Games were played 10 minutes per half, with 3 mini pitches in operation from 7pm until after 9pm. Each team got four games on the evening. Games were non competitive and there were no scores kept. In the last 5 minutes of each game all players were encouraged to use their least preferred side; this was a great method of getting the girls to practice this.
