Wedding
Congratulations to Thomas Harney and Carol Keigher on their recent wedding. May they be blessed with a long and happy life together.

Annual Threshing Day
This Sunday 25th September commencing at 1pm beside Connaughtons’s Bar, Clonark. The event was previously postponed due to wet weather. Attractions for all the family. A collection will be taken up on the field for the Irish Wheelchair Association.

Drum Active Age
Resumes on Tuesday 27th September at 3pm in Drum Parish Hall. New members welcome.

Farewell Function
For Fr. Ray Milton will be held in the Shamrock Lodge Hotel on Friday 30th September. All are welcome.

Drum Bingo
No bingo on Friday 30th September due to farewell function for Fr. Ray Milton.

Reflection Area
Cemetery Mass and Blessing of Reflection Area
Drum Cemetery Voluntary Group would like to invite everyone to the official blessing of the New Reflection Area in Drum Cemetery on Saturday 8th October. Commencing with Mass at 2pm celebrated by Fr. Ray Milton, followed by the presentation of a new online database record of the graves in the middle graveyard. Refreshments afterwards in Drum Parish Hall.

Taughmaconnell Harvest Fair
Sunday 25th September from 11am-5pm. Stalls, raffle, storytelling, music. For more information contact Lisa 086-1603342.

Drum Community Centre
Sports hall available for bookings, weekday evenings 6-10pm. Meeting rooms also available. Contact Michael 090-6494425 or 083-0030902.

Hip Hop Dance Classes
Roscommon Sports Partnership are starting Hip Hop dance classes for boys and girls in Monksland Community Centre. Wednesday evenings 6-7pm (age 6-10) or 7-8pm (age 10-13). Cost €2. All welcome.

Irish Céilí, Sean Nós and Set Dancing
Classes resume on Monday 26th September in Athlone G.A.A. Club, Páirc Chiaráin, Ballymahon Road from 8.30-10.30pm. All welcome.

Healing Service
Will be held in Athlone Methodist Church on Sunday 25th September at 7pm. Come and share with Sharyn her experience of being cured from cancer through the power of prayer. All welcome.

Workshop for Choirs

Creative & Development Workshops

Creative Writing Workshops
For children and teenagers on Saturday mornings for six weeks in Venue 4, Bastion Street, Athlone. Starting Saturday 1st October from 9.30-1130am (age 8-11) and 12-2pm (age 12-15). Cost €85. Concession for siblings. Contact Niamh 086-3623971 for further information.

Play Well
Make a hospital stay child's play by joining our volunteer team at Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe. Volunteers give 2/3 hours, weekday mornings or afternoons, once a week. Training and on-going support is provided. Locall 1890-252682 or email info@childreninhospital.ie
