Do without and get out
In aid of Roscommon Palliative Care Unit. Come join us for a 5K walk for the seven weeks of Lent. Starting Sunday 1st March from Cornafulla N.S. at 5pm. €2 per person and children free.

Computers training for older people
Transition Year students in St. Joseph's College, Summerhill are offering free one-to-one computer training for those aged 55 and over, starting Monday 2nd March from 2.15-3.30pm. Contact 090-6492383 for details.

Drum Heritage Group
Committee meeting on Tuesday 3rd March at 8.30pm in the heritage centre. All members requested to attend.

Rac agus Filíocht 2
Live music and poetry in Irish for Seachtain na Gaeilge. Free event open to all takes place in Aidan Heavey Public Library, Athlone on Thursday 6th March at 6pm. Hosted by Athlone Community Radio 88.4fm in association with Bhí Mé Anseo Publications. Enquiries to Eugene 086-2140073.

Confirmation Programme
For candidates from Ardkeenan, Cornafulla and Summerhill national schools will continue in Drum Parish Hall on Thursday 5th March at 7.30pm.

Marist Monster Auction
Sunday 8th March at 2pm in the Marist College, Retreat Road, Athlone. Donations of good quality antiques, furniture, bicycles, exercise machines, fuel, toys, electronics, tools and office furniture, etc, are being sought. Pre-arranged pick up service available, or donations can be dropped off at the Marist College. Enquiries 087-6201532.

St. Patrick’s Day Breakfast Morning
In aid of Ardkeenan N.S. on Tuesday 17th March from 10.30am–12.30pm in Drum Parish Hall. Why not join us after Mass for a Full Irish Breakfast. Admission: Adults €10, Children €3. Also, raffle on the morning. Please come along and support us.

Spring Stations
Anyone who would like to host the Station Mass this spring can contact Drum Parish Office 090-6437125 to arrange a date and time.

Trócaire Lenten Campaign
Envelopes containing Trócaire Fast Boxes are available at the back of the churches. Every home is asked to bring one and support Trócaire in helping people to make a living so that they can escape poverty.
