Scor Connaight Final
The Connaught scor final took place on Saturday in Claremorris. Melissa Maloney, Cian Cunniffe and Evin Cunniffe represented Clann na nGael and Roscommon, and they did both Club and County proud in the instrumental music group competition. They were unlucky to lose out to Corofin on the day but they won many friends with their talents over the past few weeks. WELL DONE.

The club would like to wish Gerry Kinneavey the best of luck upon his appointment as Principal of St Aloysius College.

Clann were represented by Colin Nicholson, Donal Shine and Cathal Shine on the Roscommon u 21 team who played Longford in the Hastings Cup on Saturday. All 3 played their part in the game which was abandoned with 15 minutes remaining.

Light-up Time
The first phase of the development plan was put in place in the past week. New floodlights were installed on the training pitch, so there will be nowhere to hide in 09.
