Drum Clonown Community Games
Gymnastics - local competition will be held on Friday 28th May at 6pm in Athlone Gymnastic Club, Summerhill. Athletics - training for athletes competiting in county finals (5 & 6 June) will be held in the grounds of Summerhill Convent on Wednesday evening @ 6pm.

Gaelic on the Green
Céad míle fáilte to party time at Clann na nGael in Johnstown on Monday 24th May at 7pm. Fun, games and light refreshments for adults and children alike. All free of charge. Buses depart from The Mill car park at 6.15pm and Monksland Community Centre at 6.30pm, and from SuperValu car park at 6.15pm and Danesfot at 6.30pm. All children on the bus must be accompanies by an adult. For more details contact Anne 086-8355497.

Friends of Mayo-Roscommon Hospice
Fundraiser in aid of the Hospice Pallative Care Foundation will be launched in Clann na nGael Clubhouse, Johnstown on Thursday 27th May at 9pm. All are welcome and your support would be greatly appreciated.

Table Quiz
Cloonakilla N.S. Parents Association are holding a table quiz in the Athlone Springs Hotel at 8pm on 18th June. €20 per table. Your support would be much appreciated.

Elphin Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes
From 28th August to 2nd September 2010. Applications sought from persons who have a medical condition and wish to travel as assisted pilgrims. Forms available from Fr. Jubilee Marriage Celebration
Couples celebrating their Silver, Ruby, Golden or any anniversary of marriage are invited to attend St. Joseph's Church, Boyle on Sunday 20th June at 3pm for Mass to be celebrated by Bishop Christoper Jones. Refreshments afterwards in St. Joseph's Hall, Boyle. This event is hosted by the Family Life Centre. Booking is essential and should be done by 2nd June.
